This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and includes:

• Free car hire for the duration of repairs up to a maximum of 7 days (5 days in the event of a write off).
• The Approved Repairer will be authorised to commence repairs immediately (subject to parts availability) unless your car is a write off.
• Your car will be automatically inspected by a Motor Engineer.
• Your car will be valeted before it is returned to you.
• Repairs are guaranteed for 3 years in line with manufacturer's warranties.
